Gardner, Gerald: Gardner, Gerald Brosseau (1884-1964) is perhaps the best-known figure in modern Witchcraft. Gardner was the founder of Gardnerian Wicca, one of the leading Traditions in the Wicca movement that began in the early 1960s.
